In-Salon Medical Partnerships
Healthcare organizations may coordinate private appointments at our Kirkwood, Missouri salon, where our dedicated stylists provide intensive hair preservation services in a comfortable, discreet environment.
Any necessary medical personnel, assessments, or clinical care must be independently arranged by the partnering healthcare organization, subject to applicable licensing and facility requirements.
We coordinate with facility representatives to establish appropriate scheduling, workspace requirements, and individualized service plans.
Institutional Booking
Tangles & Curls contracts directly with partnering healthcare organizations for our professional hair preservation services.
All partnerships require advance consultation, individualized pricing, and written service authorization.
Travel Costs
For healthcare organizations requesting on-site hair preservation services, travel expenses are calculated separately from our professional service fees.
Additional costs may include mileage, transportation, equipment transport, lodging, and extended travel time.
All travel-related fees will be discussed and approved in advance as part of the medical partnership agreement.
