Our waiting area is limited. When possible, we ask that only clients with appointments and guardians enter the salon. Families with multiple children may be asked to stagger visits or wait in the car during busy times. Thank you for your understanding!

Children & Supervision

The Car Chair

Our car chair is a styling tool designed to help with haircuts, not a play structure.
Please help us keep it safe by using it only during services and not for play, hanging, or climbing.
This tool is reserved for the smallest of clients from infants to small toddlers. If you're 30+ months you're probably ready for the big kid chair!

Phones, Tablets & Volume

Devices are welcome for distraction, but please keep volume low or use headphones.
This helps maintain a relaxing environment for all guests.

Books & Toys

We’re happy to offer books and toys for kids to enjoy.
We kindly ask guardians to help return items to their place after use so everyone can enjoy them.

Language & Respect

Please be mindful of adult language around children.
We aim to keep the salon family-friendly and comfortable for guests of all ages.

Shared Space Courtesy

Cancelations

Haircuts and other appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid a $10 cancelation fee.
Color and chemical appointments must be canceled 48 hours in advance to avoid a $25 fee.
If you or your child are sick, contagious, or experiencing an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible.
We truly appreciate as much notice as possible!

No Shows

Re-dos

If you’d like changes to your style, we kindly ask that you let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We’re happy to make adjustments free of charge to ensure you leave feeling confident and satisfied.
This does not apply to chemical services such as color corrections or other treatments, which may require additional charges.
Our goal is to make every client happy, and we appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns promptly.

Refund Policy

If you’re very unhappy with your service and prefer a refund instead of a re-do, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. Refund requests made beyond this time frame will not be considered.
You may not receive a 100% refund on services like color.

Online Booking Privilege

Online booking privileges are reserved for clients who consistently respect our time, policies, and the value of our services.
Insufficient notice may result in your loss of online booking privileges and you may need to call/text to book future appointments.
Invoices for missed appointment fees will be sent via email or text after a no-show or late cancellation.
Outstanding balances are due before rebooking or at the time of future services.
Repeated issues may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit when booking future appointments.

Price Adjustments

Hair services are customized, and pricing may be adjusted to reflect the time, product, and care required.
We review our prices regularly to keep them aligned with product costs, industry standards, and the rising expenses small businesses face.
Changes may happen throughout the year.
Our goal is always to provide quality service at a fair, competitive rate and never any surprises.
